Main Renting Conditions

The rent is etablished to ordinary conditions, the rent's responsability apply to execute his part.

a) Arrival hours happen in saturday from 4pm. Departure hours should happen before 9am.

b) It is understood, in terms of cancelation:

c) If a 4 days or more delay from the renting date haven't been noticed by the renter, the lessor will be able to try to rent back his good, while being able to ask indemnity to the previous renter.

d) It is mandatory to live the place as good persons and keep them cleans.
Meaning :
All the installation are in good shape and working and any complaints about them happening more than 24h after the arrival in the place, will not be accepted. The reparations indues by carelessness during the renting period will have to be pay by the renter.
The renting place have to be a quiet home, too much noise will not be permited.

BECAUSE THE RENTING PLACE IS MERGED WITH ANOTHER CHALET, ABUSE OF NOISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. NON RESPECT OF THIS RULE WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE CANCELATION OF THE RENT WITHOUT ANY INDEMNITY FROM THE LESSOR.

e) The place is rented with all the furniture : kitchen's accessories, sheets and pillows. If it apply, the lessor will have the right to ask the renter when he leaves, the total price of any broken or damaged items. Apply also to very dirty sheets and drapes, also some indemnity to any room deteriorations (glass, painting, wall damages). 

f) The renter need an insurance from the rent risk (fire, water damage). Otherwise, in case of catastrophic events, will go for a direct indemnity.

The lessor have the place insured against rent risks for the renter. The latter have to tell the lessor, in 24h period, any sinister happened in the place, his depedencies or accessories.

g) The deposit will have to be payed by cheque. It will be give back in a month period after the renter leave, unless it has been taken.

h) The renter can't oppose himself against a lessor visit, if the latter ask for it.

i) The use of the Spa have to be done in hygiene respect (shower is, of course, mandatory). The Spa area is open from 9am to 9 pm. Childrens are under parents reponsability. (Digicode at spa's entrance)
When the renter arrive, the Spa is clean. If the hygiene's rules are respected, only one control and water quality check is necessary. In the opposite case, if emptying the swimming pool or any cleaning job is necessary, a 50€ fee apply.
